former leader and last somali president allah o na7areesto , ikama hiktid adiga ma garatay. umado idil bo leader o aha. so step degrading him and making him clan leader. isku hishood nin weyn ba tahay.

we wont tolerate this nonsense. ama 3ala3al ama iska daa.
have i said i hail from same clan as he? no

the way i see it is that you figured am same clan as he
so for me to mention anything about him, you considered
it to be clan oriented.

degrading him?
how am i degrading him if i mention what he did for the nation during his stay?
people are free to critisize him as he was their leader but if one gets out of line
and starts name calling deal with them personally instead of others.

why hold me accountable for others action?
i simple made a topic where others injected
qabiil into it and started calling him names.

why not issue them the warning instead of the
topic creator?

dont try to appear all innocent when your wrong
doing/action is right infront of you.

Howdy,

In support of fairness, I am petitioning action to be taken against those who have insulted Mr Al-Awlaki, a pressumably dead Muslim, by labeling him a kafir and/or murtad, hoping he burns in hell, or wishing the devil "ram" his ass, in the following thread: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=287046

In wait of justice,

Alpha,

Cheers.

A lot of other dead Muslims are cursed on this site, how about we spread some fairness around so this moderation business becomes more sensible?

lamagoodle,

you maxing things wallalo. abulahab and was kafir who was against prophet and his message . and rest yourself said were monafiqs that Allah and his prophet revealed to us. our point is : criticize their politics. we all adults here, learn differences between personal and ideas and policies. enough said.

Hyperactive, I am not convinced!. Somalis say; Timir laf baa ku jirta.
And it is this kind of rule which gives potency to the argument that somalinet moderators are tribalists. Let us curse them, let us degrade them, let us smear their names; that will be therapeutic.

Religion shouldn't be used an alibi to protect dictators. Somali is riden with a history of human rights abuses and thóse responsible should be called all kinds of names. Where does the border go if your rules are implemented? we cannot be able to write about massacres, corruption, rapes etc.

We never said you can't criticize their political stands or what they stood for, you can attack their ideas, they are part of Somalia history and history must be discussed/debate it. The only thing we asked waa don't attack them personally since they are no longer with us, let Allah deal with them, why would you call a dead person khaniis, kafir, wecil, etc, just to mention a few, I'm not saying you per se, just what I observed on these boards, while they are being discussed. I never understood the logic behind that, what purpose would it serve to call them names?
With all due respect, I disagree. I think, we should reserve ALLAHA HA U NAXRIISTO for those who deserve Allah's mercy. Warlords and former leaders are in my opinion not muslims. They deserve our wrath.

Ooh, my dear niece! It could heal wounds to curse them, create a better somalia, shed light on our history and how things have gone bad and of course; it will remove suspicion that somalinet is a tribal joint.

It is a matter of principles from my side.

Who are we to decide who deserves Allah's mercy? :?

You can write whatever you want, but it's generally accepted that we have no knowledge of the unseen.

You wrote, "...for those who deserve Allah's mercy", which would imply you have some hidden knowledge of who earns the mercy of Allah or who earns the wrath of Allah.

If you're comfortable with that sort of blasphemy, that's you.
