All my best wishes towards the Eritrea people in their struggle to remain independent and free on a continent that is dominated by foreigners.

I don't trust other Muslim peace keepers anymore that I trust Ugandan/Burundi peace keepers.
Just cos they are Muslim does not mean they will not rape and abuse Somalis in Somalia. People have this illusion that all Muslim show mercy on one another. A Ugandan is just as likely to rape as a Pakistani is.

I've never understood the logic behind this whole "Muslim" thing tbh.Beenaale_No1 wrote:I don't trust other Muslim peace keepers anymore that I trust Ugandan/Burundi peace keepers.

Somalis share a common origin, language, and culture, let alone religion. If we can't live in peace or even trust each other, what makes us think some random Pakistani or Arab can be trusted?
I don't get this affinity some Somalis feel for other nationalities, especially when most Somalis hate other Somalis because of their qabiil.
You're more likely to find a Somali protesting against Israeli occupation of Palestine than you are to see a Somali protesting about anything in Somalia.

Im of the same view point as you especially the bolded part. A lot of Somalis have misplaced loyalty. They show loyalty to the wrong people. They'd rather be loyal to a foreigner than a fellow Somali.Based wrote:I've never understood the logic behind this whole "Muslim" thing tbh.Beenaale_No1 wrote:I don't trust other Muslim peace keepers anymore that I trust Ugandan/Burundi peace keepers.
