Maxamad cabdi xaashi did not finish his term because of this state model of Puntland so its impossible for Dholbahante to share a state with their Cousins in Puntland unless Puntland opens up the system and allows every one to partake in the Political leadership of the region even abdilahi Yusuf some people think he was honest in his harti card when he used it but on the contrary for him it was only to go to Mogadisho even though he helped build Puntland but that's not where it ended for him. Some even say Adde Muse when he was President wanted to take revenge on the Dholbahante because they supported Abdilahi yusuf against Cadde Muusa and that's why he was playing theater when he was wearing a Military uniform back in 2007, thats where the whole self determination and ssc comes from so its very hard for them to share a state with their Cousins.
What a bull-load of crap that you have spewed here. Fyi, a panel of experts has recommended the parliament seats allocation when PL was established. It was based on consensus, and no one raise an objection to it when it was established. Not sure how can you as a non-Puntlander come up those fake conclusions. Mr Cumar-Labasuul is correct in rasining those questions; he has spoken on what he observed.

Emperor, the PL parliament's seats alloction has never been an issue. On a second point, Mohamed A Hashi lost the PL election on four votes only. He got 31 and Adde Muuse got 35 votes. If you review that vote, you would notice slight majority of MJ parliamentarians gave their vote to Mohamed A Hashi; however, he lost 7 Dhulbahante Dhulbahante votes, and 9 Warsangeli votes. This is how he lost that election. It was a free and fair.
