Although I am sympathetic to the Madrids only 'cause of players like Ozil,Benzema and Khedira but I still didn't want to root against Barca since they're too good

lol@joke league.
This joke league brought home the WC trophy, won 13 CL trophies, 2 of their clubs are ranked in the top 5 World best clubs.
Joke league indeed.

So let's just have a two club league then. What kind of joke league is already decided by fall? Spain has turned into Scotland where the competition is laughable and its just a coin toss between Celtic or Rangers.

to every single match in a league being irrelevant except one.

Scotland has not won a WC, whilst Spain are the current reigning World and European champion.
Their record speak for itself; 2 European cups, 13 CL trophies, 1 Club World title, and 4 Europa League titles (Seville, Valencia and Atletico).
Spain is unstoppable and it's the team to beat, it all comes down to numbers. Comparing the #1 ranked team in the world to Scotland is laughable.

Im comparing the lack of competition in the league its a valid statement

I'm sure fans of Sevilla, Valencia etc. also agree.

I get what you saying, but it's not the league's fault. You put Barca and Real in any league and you will end up with the same results.
What I care about is bringing home shiny medals, I'm sure a Valencia fan would agree.

Come on, you cant honestly tell us that the Spanish league would get more promotion than say, the premiership. Watching Barca destroy teams week in and week out is (not even unpredictable) no way more interactive than seeing something like Chelsea vs Man city, as we will on monday.

That's why England gets karbaashed in the world stage, zero consistency.

What has the World Cup got to do with this?
Jaidi is right, this a joke of a league. Its a pathetic league. It's SPL 2.0.
Valencia is the 3rd best team in Spain and they are MILES behind the other 2 clubs. Miles. Real Madrid wiped the floor with every side they faced thus far, and came unstuck against the only credible team in the league. Says a lot about how weak La Liga is.

WC has everything to do with it, cuz at the end of the day what matters is what league produces the best players that help their country become a dominant force in world football. English fans wouldn't understand this logic i'm afraid.

i think thats a terrible observation sxb

france, germany and many other teams have won the world cup, but their leagues are mostly worth a sack of shit
