Willingly signing a contract makes a person a slave?

Your contract is vague and you dont know what you want.

Seems like the relationship is more of one way than a two way.

No partner would allow to compromise everything to the level of a slavehood while you have nothing to compromise.

Dont forget you can offer something while the other partner will offer another thing in return.

Its not like you are a chest of gold while he is just a liability.

The way you think shapes how long the relationship will last.

A contract is a 2 way agreement by definition so obviously these are rules that both parties have to stick to. And it is not vague, it is actually very specific.

People's expectations vary and clarity is very important.

You drafted a contract and you asked your partner to sign it how on earht is this a 2 way agreement?

This is more of signing off a paper indicating you are forfeiting your rights.

It seems like you wnet into to a pet shop and bought a poodle.

Why not be more of rational and sit down and try to think how to make the relationship flourish?

Patriot, a contract is between both parties. It is abt one of them writing up a demand and the other forcefully signs it.

Did you miss the part where I said he may add as many clauses as he wishes as long as they do not conflict with the rest? Besides both parties have to adhere to the contract not just the man.

Pat I think maxaa ka qaracsantahay at the idea that out there somewhere are women who are not under the thumbs of men and maybe horrified by the idea in eey midkood kuugu soo aado.

I am just advising my sijui sister to be more rationale.
only idiots sign documents with close to Zero % benefit.

What Iam saying is she should learn to communicate with her partner and come to a common agreement.

Its not like master slave relationship.

But that is the whole idea of the contract. It makes both parties voice out their expectations and theycan both discussand come to an agreement. It opens a dialogue. And the common agreement will be the final draft after both of them reached a satisfactory level.

Family is a unit of society headed by the husband. There are things he has to consult with his wife and there r things which he has to do alone for the sake of his family and the society in large.

Contract? I thought Nikah was the contract, never the less the chaos m seeing in Somali families is not something that contract can prevent, what we need is a better society with a better up bringing and better DIIN.

I can't decide what amuses me more, you calling me a chauvinist or you calling demands you are clueless about, preposterous.
