You mean the resturent in Hodan? Yea, i have been there. Its got some great food and the outdoor atmosphere is amazing. The security in Mogadishu is unbelievable. There are literally security checkpoints on every corner and the guards are friendly and dont rob

am actualling thinking of moving out here very soon, inshallah

I don't know much about that paticular house, but all stone works in the houses I seen in Hargeisa are real
I think with them the stones are cheaper.Just becuase they are gathered localy and worked by local masons
Whereas to import stone effect material would be more expensive

Madness iyo wey dhaaftey man,the Somalis in the west build them for ridiculous prices
Then they end up employing a security guard to mind it,locals can't rent it because of the prices they're asking

If I were buying a home, I couldn't possibly import material while there are people who need the work. And looking at that, I don't think i would give it a second thought.

I have always had many questions about how it all works back home. Like sewage, water, power, etc. Is it all tanks? Underground? Above ground? Generators?

Also, I've been curious for quite a while, since Slife even lol. Are you on a phone/tablet? :D
