My point exactly dimwit, they dont give a shidh.
 Nice try, your post said the exact same players from the WC. Its about cohesion, the guys on big Euro teams never play or trainwith each other except for a few times a year, and there is too much upheavel with managment. But Ghana has done better on this front as they've been using the same team since their youth days. Ivory Coast as well.

Past couple of days have had better matches, it is picking up

Lol, hey I like all the African National teams but the quality of football they play in this comp is way below par. Its so dry to watch man. I mean compare how well the players for these African nations did in the WC and watch those exact players in this tournament and it kinda looks like they dont give a shidh. I wouldnt be suprised if they're playing badly so that they can get kicked out and thus ultimately return to their respective clubs early and help them. Its kinda the whole tournaments fault in way, I mean I never understood why they played this competition in the middle of the season and every 2 years. Like wtf...
so it doesn't conflict with the world cup or euro.
Also the weather for most potential hosts. Either too hot in North Africa or too much rain in West Africa.

Mostly the wet season. You can't have the Arabs host the tournament forever.

if they did it every 3 years, it'll still end up conflicting with euro or world cup

Shrib, erm, odd numbers come every 2 years walal.

Anyway, ACON is still not a competition that anyone can ever be excited about watching. The championship is more entertaining.

Londoner I live in Canada. I'm just messing with you, but give the tournament a chance there will be moments of brilliance in there. I wish the Egyptians made it though.

This tournament without Egypt, Nigeria, and Cameroon just doesn't seem right. Cannot watch the likes of Sudan play. None of them play outside of Sudan!!!

 Equatorial Guinea knocks out Senegal. Senegal tied it in the 86th, then they lost on the final minute of play. Insane match. Championship eh?
