let me repeat myself. it's harem in all cases (besides, some argue, where the mother's life in danger). this an ijma among muslim scholars. no argument. you can go to shia sources all you want and it won't change anything. the only argument is how is severe is it before the soul is breathed into the unborn baby. minority argue it isn't quite murder in this stage. but that's a faulty argument. in that case would murdering a sleeping person be a murder-less-murder since we're soulless in our sleep?

but why am i even bothering reasoning with you? makes no real sense.

are you more knowledgeable than some of the founders of 4 islamic madhhabs such as HANAFI ?? i dont think so sxb.

no its not shia actually SUNNA some of the 4 sunna madhhabs who allow abortion before the fetus reaches 4 months.

somalistart xaare you can make WAHAABI innovations and deny the majorty of islamic scholars who lived houred of years before your idol maxamed abdulwahaab.

The majority of orthodox Muslims (following the Hanafi school) in later centuries, allowed abortion until the end of the four months. According to them, a pregnant woman could have an abortion without her husband's permission, but she should have reasonable grounds for this act. Most of the Maliki jurists (legal scholars) described abortion as completely forbidden. In their view, when the semen settles in the womb, it is expected to develop into a living baby and it should not be disturbed by anyone. According to Ibn Jawziyyah, when the womb has retained the semen, it is not permitted for the husband and wife, or one of them or the master of the slave-wife, to induce an abortion. After ensoulment, however, abortion is prohibited absolutely and is akin to murder.

The Hanafi school (prevalent in Turkey, the Middle East and Central Asia) allows abortions to take place principally until day 120; some jurists restrict this provision to “good cause”, e.g. if the mother is still nursing an infant and fears that her milk may run out during the new pregnancy. In aborting up to day 120, the woman commits a mere moral transgression, not a crime. The Shafi school (dominant in Southeast Asia, southern Arabia, parts of East Africa) allows abortions to be performed up to day 120. For the Maliki school (prevalent in North and Black Africa) an abortion is permissible with the consent of both parents up to day 40; it is no longer allowed after that. For the Hanbali school (predominant in Saudi Arabia and United Arabic Emirates) abortions are principally prohibited from day 40 onward

Overpopulation is a myth I've had to study for years. You're not gunna convince me on this, trust me. :D
In yemen over 700 000 new yemenis are born every year. Thats almost the entire population of Djibouti in only 1 year. For every yemeni teacher there is 80 children.

The population of Yemen is to double in 2020. With water already being scarce and wells are being dugged much deeper to find some water. It is a complete insanity to continiue having a country wich ignores the principle of family planning.

But hey you dont believe any of that, its all "guvment prupaganda maannnn"
The world is their oyster.
People have always moved to find resources. When family planning becomes a government issue, you get Mao.

Yemen's problems stem from the government. This is likewise with nearly every other nation under dire conditions.

Will the world in general find a great problem with population? No. Unfortunately governments will react in a way to create crisis. So will a problem arise? Very likely. But this is not due to overpopulation but more so government involvement. The world's problems can't be bummed off on the people. It is a result of governments.

U r telling the why.why did this come?

R u telling me,based on that i can get pregnant and after a while,as long as it is under 120 days i can abort that kid, regardless of what ma reason for doing so it? A reason for doing so could be i found out i am not cut out for it or maybe i say oops, dont like the relationship with the father of the child.

@Somali-star, maybe because when you're asleep you may wake up at any moment?Or the evidence is weaker and this is stronger? many reasons.

There is a difference between 'family-planning' and 'abortion'. The former is better instead of a last ditch attempt to get rid of your mistake, which is mostly the case. Most mothers suffer psychologically/emotionally after abortion, they're not the same.

having lot ofchildren often depends on the wealth of the nation. when a country become richer people start having less children, more poorer your more children you have.
for example islamic nations such as Qatar and Kuwait actually have low birth rate like SWEDEN.

Overpopulation is a myth. All the food and water in the world can feed more than twice the population of the earth and as for living space, all 6.8 billion of us can fit in the state of Texas, comfortably.

That aside, yes I support abortion for a very simple reason. I hate humanity, I wish ill on them every waking minute. One dead person is one misfortune gone and I would love to be the last man alive. Yay to abortion.

4 years I've been studying this, arguing with profs. Believe me, it is a myth.

There are many, many factors at play. The only thing that may be debatable is the continuing production of oil. I believe technology will solve that issue, as it will most others.

has grandslaveinconfusion flip-flopped back to sufism? cause no saudi scholars allows killing babies like his brother dr. dameer claims.
Aborting pregnancy is not permissible, whether the soul has been breathed into the foetus or not, but after the soul has been breathed into it, the prohibition is more emphatic. If a husband orders his wife to have an abortion, it is not permissible for her to obey him.

Shaykh Muhammad ibn Ibraaheem (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:

As for trying to abort a pregnancy, that is not permissible so long as the death of the foetus in utero is not proven; if that is proven then it is permissible.

Majmoo’ Fataawa al-Shaykh Ibn Ibraaheem (11/151).

Shaykh Saalih al-Fawzaan (may Allaah preserve him) said:

Aborting pregnancy is not permissible. If a woman is pregnant the pregnancy must be protected, and it is haraam for the mother to harm this pregnancy or to put any kind of pressure on it, because it is a trust that Allaah has placed in her womb and it has rights, so it is not permissible to mistreat it, harm it or destroy it. The shar’i evidence indicates that it is haraam to abort pregnancy.
