not any more, now many somali young and old ladies work as maid in doha mostly from southern somalia. you just dont go maktab al khadam to get one. you have to do it through relatives of the maid's or friend. they even ask you " ya kahi do you know somali who wants to wiork for them as mid, cause somalies maids are clean!
