Dotore you claimed that the man can have sexual relations with the child which he got from his slave, this is completely false and you will not find evidence in Quran or Sunnah or even from the scholars to back such a ridiculous claim.

As for married women taken as slaves, well the only way to capture them in the first place would be to go to war with their nation therefore the husband would probably be killed, taken prisoner (and perhaps enslaved himself) or simply gone missing/ran away.

You can't just walk into a house and say 'this woman is now mine' . The way to take slaves is through warfare.

Not true. your actually allowed to sell your slave in the market and even buy a new slaves. so it means someone who never been a war can just walk in the local market and buy a slave. .
