Where did i say you have a large presence in Sanaag? that is wishful thinking on your part as usual. I have no hate just looking out for my interests. It is true some areas in Sanaag have huge agricultural potential that can rival Janaale and Afgooye if invested in but unfortunately for you those areas is mostly settled by eastern HY, Warsangeli, HJ and not the Dhlos who are landlocked and live in the desert villages of Fiqi Fuliye and Awrboogays. HY reer Gashaamo/Hawd can settle in the thousands in Sanaag if they want with their tol, infact the current governor of Sanaag Mr Aadan Diiriye Cigaal is from Hawd/Burco. That shows they are more welcomed in Sanaag than your likes.

i reckon with the right investments we can be entirely food self sufficient, eliminating completely the need to import foodstuffs.
Sanaag is home from home to us, we will settle it, build it and thrive on it insha`llah.

Make a agricultural hub out of what? the desert villages you reside in? maybe when Somalia starts producing oil lol or unless you have a farming community that are experts in that field. I don't see that such though, all i see is a disgruntled group of camel herders who live in the desert and are landlocked. Don't worry though when the oil in Habr Garhajis block comes inshallah, there will be plenty of labour jobs for your lot.
