Why do you care his position ? He is the face of Khaatumo State because Prof Cali is leading Khaatumo State Delegation to Nairobi, Kampla, Cairo , London, New york, etc to meet International community and world leaders. He doesn't have to be the president, he holds another important position [KHaatumo Senator].
