AMISOM, US, Ethiopian army, TFG, etc. Hamas has killed Fatah troops, the Western-backed government in Palestine.

From what I can tell, so long as those declaring war are not too extreme, the war itself becomes legitimate.

All that aside, the act of suicide does not become permissible in any situation. It seems when it comes to Palestine, you would be insane.

Greenday is saying that the Al shabab are fighting a Muslim government thus their suicide bombing is fitnah while Palestinians are on the brink of desperation and resort to martyrdom operations. God is most merciful and surely would not look at them in disdain and condemn to hellfire.

the real question is, are suicide bombings ever acceptable in Islam? If you say yes, whatever reasoning you use, is the same one that those insane kids are using. Somalia and Palestine comes later.

The internationally recognised government of Palestine is Fatah lead by Mahmud Abbas. Fatah has stopped fighting Israel a long time ago and even works with then at times, surely that would mean that Hamas must lay down their weapons and obey the Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas?

Also what do you think of the ongoing war in Chechnya?

 @people who choose which war is jihad and which is 'xaram' while the situation is pretty much the same.

Its not a yes or no, if your reasons are valid am sure it is allowed.

So you're saying its allowable with reason, u just don't agree with the reason that Al Shabaab gives

well then where is the insane part, the guys in Somalia who are doing it, think their reasoning is good enough which is why they do it.

How can their reason be right? to think they are in the right makes them insane.
