Just because I would get mauled by baboons in Berbera doesn't mean it belongs to CM. Berbera is the oldest somali city, it existed long before your monkey ass even heard of it.

I agree Berbera has huge potential, but everyone wants to be in Hargeisa. In the last year alone, nearly 70% of all land plots bought in Hargeisa were purchased by newcomers from other parts of the country.
