I disagree. The problem is that people fail to know:union wrote: The gospels were all written after the death of Jesus. The gospels all contradict each other, even the synoptic gospels. The gospels and the tales they narrate are important yes, but not as important as the knowledge that Jesus the Nazarene was one of the greatest beings to have ever graced the earth. Let us rejoice in this fact, a fact that Christianity and Islam both agree upon!
a.) The audience
b.) and the message
c.) the layout (chronological or thematic.)
of the four books.

Let us not debate biblical contradictions, for they are many in number undeniable. This is an argument you cannot win. BTW, are you Roman Catholic?AmalJaber wrote:I disagree. If you had eyes you would've read my postHutuKing01 wrote:AbuukarSubeer wrote:He Muhammad (saw) was the greatest creation because his spirit was created before mankind, and it was his spirit that was casted into the loins of adam then through nuh, then abraham, then ismail, and then finally hashim and then he was born of pure light.
What the fuck u are talking
I was in the loin of Adam (may peace and blessings be upon Him) and then in the loin of my father Noah (may peace and blessings be upon Him) then I was taken on a ship then my Light (Nur) was put into loin of Abraham (may peace and blessings be upon Him) my parents were never given to me expect those who did Nikah I was always transferred to pure people. In Turah and Bible was my name was mentioned every Prophet of Allah mentioned by blessings, With my Light (Nur) the morning was lightened and the people got cloud shadow due to me and Allah granted me one of his names and He is Mehmood of Arsh and I am Muhammad and Allah promised me Hodh al-Kosar and he made me the first Intercessor and I will be the first person who Intercession on will be accepted, and Allah gave me birth in the best time of mankind, the people of my Ummah are those who praise Allah, they ask to do good deeds and stop from sins.

Re: Blessed art thou among women
I remember reading, can't remember if it was in the Quran or Haddith, that it is not good to compare prophets to one another and say one was better than the other. So on your journey into trollia do be ware.union wrote:Garaad_LQ wrote:union wrote: I question the assertion that Prophet Muhammad [PBUH] was the greatest prophet when it was Jesus [AS] who was borne of the womb of the most righteous woman to ever live , from a seed implanted by the spirit of God. Prophet Muhammad's parents died non-Muslims.
the logic you're using is just laughable , righteousness and greatness is not inherited
What did Prophet Muhammad do that ennobled him more than Jesus? They both were agents of God who promoted righteousness and piety to their nations. They both were of sound moral character, they both were beloved of God, etc. The thing that sets Jesus apart is that he was not born of the seed of man, but from the spirit of God which breathed life into the womb of Mary. This is what it says in the Qu'ran, this miraculous birth should make him holier and more special than any other prophet!

I agree. Let us all agree that all the prophets were equal and beloved by god, this stuff about " greatest of all prophets" is unnecessary provocation!
