These are serious issues that need addressing.
You cannot expect us to just hand over the keys to Kismayo to a HAG Govt.

All I agree with the government is only jubaland being under the federal state no matter who will rule it localy. The government has welcomed first raaskaamboni in kismaayo but like they did did with hiraan wich got changed from dooxada shabeele into maamulka dolada ee hiiraan. They reached this stage after officila civil and military visites from mogadisho including cabdi wali, gen diini, arab ciise and then in mogadisho the leader of dooxada was appointed as gudoomiyaha hiiraan. Now he got 3 months and after that another man will be sent to mogadisho to replace him. We had visites from wasiirka gudaha abdi samad who is ahlussuna a yet we accepted it. In the name of the state. He was the first hg who ever landed in hiiraan since 94. This is not a clan visit but a state visit.
In kismaayo, unlike of hiiraan they are challanging the state when in hiiraan there was mudaharaat after cabdi wali said when he went back to xamar there is no maamul in hiiraan, we could use ethiopia and there was no amisom but we sorted it out logically.

Furthermore, Kismayo was occupied by Abdulqasims moryaan for 8 years

We will first establish our state, then we will talk to the Govt and tell them hows its gonna be.

To be honest, there is no more abdiqasim and indhocado based kismayo but the way the government thinks is that its not only darood land, besides gaaljecel and cawramala they involved jareer, biimaal and rahanwen. The goverment is not involving hg in there. Now these government backed clans are saying we want to do evry thing under the government not under a clan so who have right? Its not like a puntland where you got only one clan.

So why is Abdulqasim in Villa Somalia and Indhacade was sent on a mission to Kismayo?

I haven't seen indhocade pic in kismo airport or his name in an official link can you show me?
As for cabdi qasim, he lives I cairo but has been visiting villa somalia like the others as an advisor. Anyways I discovered a relationship between hg, murursade and the pm. The pm is using his hg in-law relationship besides the murursade and farmaajo in-law relationship.
