You have been greatly deceived. There is no such thing as "Reer Khaatumo". Khaatumo project is an entity created by Somaliland and it's supporters to cut the ties between Dhullos and Puntland. By doing this, it will make easier any future talks or 'common grounds' that will be formed by those that represent "Khaatumo" and Somaliland. Beesha Dhullos are finding out the truth in the hard way. The latest fashil/exposure of this Somaliland project was when Geeljire youth captured Cali Sundule. Khaatumo project's G-15 rushed to Xudun, so the youth won't kill one of the masterminds of Khaatumo, Cali Sundule himself. They took him away from them and released him within the same day.

Certain sub-clans within Dhullos have been misguided or at least are not willing to uphold to anything "Hartinimo" for whatever reason that might be. Nonetheless, the Khaatumo project is heading for failure God willing. Elders from Sool have been told to convince their sub-clans to denounce the Khaatumo project and show their loyalty to Puntland if they need any help from Puntland.

What Dhulos need to see is that Somaliland is trying to regain their former lands. They could care less who lives in those territories although some Dhulos and Isaaq intermarry anyways they want to divide and conquer basically bribing some like Xaglatoosiye. Dhulos are just ruining the good the name they used to have. We all know without SL or PL they won't be able to achieve anything. So they should just pick one side.

I'm sensing shiisheeyenimo in you. Ma Slander baad tahay misa qolooyinka ku qadhaabta magaaca "Irir"? To make a long story short, Khaatumo project will fail. Puntland will re-estabilish it's presence in the 3 towns of Sool (Lasanod, Yagori and Gumays). That's all we're missing and that's all we have to regain. All of Cayn, Sanaag and 85% of Sool is on lock down. Puntland's priority is to change the hearts and minds that were poisoned by the Gang of 15 (G-15).
