Met this guy and had to pull him over to give him a history lessons on Somalia support for the ANC during appathaid and that the way they were treating Somalis in South Africa today was a disgrace. He agreed.

Olympic athletes (not currently recognizable ones like Michael Phelps or others). I never recognize them but others do.
The last good Prime Minister we had - Jean Chretien. Also, one of the judges from So You Think You Can Dance. Except for the Prime Minister, my reaction was always the same: indifferent.

She probably went to the O2 arena or something...to see guys like Beckham and Will Smith up close let alone interviewing them is a bit too senior.

Met a few others i just remembered,

Alistair Darling in '08, we went to visit 10 downing street on a school trip and he lived in 11 downing street back then he was the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
Rageh Omaar, saw him at a London fair few years back.
Arsene Wenger at the end of '11, driving off after the last game of the season at the Emirates, i remember one fan went emotional and kept asking him if Fabregas was gonna stay

Wenger actually gave him his word and said Cesc won't be leaving anytime soon.
