Somalia is an agricultural society....mostly livestock in the north, & cash crops down south.
If we take the neoliberal path it would spell disaster for us.

Peasant farmers and geeljires would have to compete with the likes of USA/EU/Australia etc...without subsides or protection from millions of tonnes of produce being dumped onto the Somali market.
