So once Kenya leaves what do You think will happen. Do You think the entire Jubbaland thing will be no more and it will go back to provincial maamuls named from mogadishu?
No. will be locally elected and this goes for every where though the govt will influence it

What will be gone is the jubbaland project. I think I have explained it before but I can tell you that there won't be any differences betmeen mogadishu and kismayo except the individuals.

Govt will develop kismayo just like mogadishu and I think this is good for you instead of going back to xamar

Big projects that kismayo will see this year

Reconstruction of the ports, solar-powered street lights, an UAE project, a Denmark project etc

Sahal,

I respect Your opinion. Personally I think Somalis are too addicted to this Federalism thing from Baydhabo, to Mudug/Galgaduud to Benadir State ofcourse with Somaliland/Puntland also there. I don't know what will stop this momentum.

It won't happen like that way. Baydhabo initiative is just a pure shyt, its not far from mogadishu.

What will happen is the regions getting represented by their local people inclusively and receiving fair developments instead of concentrating one place.

The govt will control the ports and farms for the general interest.

Sahal the election has already taken place sxb, I don't understand why you think the removal of Kenyan troops will affect the current administration.

Please go into more details.

I dont know what makes you think the Raxanweyn can even question the circumstances of Lower Shabelle let alone administer it as a federal region. It has a Garre governor and the constituents are represented by Hawiye, Dir, Digil and minorities, regardless of the clan wars near K50. Heck if anything they should be coming after Jubbada dhexe which has countless Raxanweyn clans Dabarre Jiido Hadame etc.

I was refering to all regions that there won't be any more appointed admins.

Kismayo situation is different, govt has recognized ahmed madobe as a leader not about how he appeared like then jubbaland.

Kenyan removal is not good for then jubbaland project in the long term but will not affect the administration itself. No wars at all, all the rest of the issues will be integrated into the administration before the month of june when the replacement will take place.

That wasn't my point. Ofcourse Garre is one of the biggest tribes of southern Somalia, from Banaadir to Gedo they can be found. My point was, it will not fall under a federal state ruled from Baydhabo due to its clan nature and also its proximity to Mogadishu. If anything, Jubbada dhexe has a greater chance if we are talking about clan representation of the Raxanweyn populace.

Yeah true, the D&M are really unorganised anyway, from the baidoba conference I could tell they don't know what the hell they're doing.

Southwest state should really listen to the brotherly advice they got from Jubaland, people like Ahmed Madoobe and Gen. Fartaag. There sincere advice was to build a 3 state first and foremost, kick the spoilers like Siyaad-the Gedo agitator and other opportunists to the curb. After a solid foundation, at unspecified time, negiotate with Jubaland on a 6 state formation.

Marques,

If I use that logic then I can claim Bakool since there's a large Darood community there. Let's not open a can of worms.

There is a Hawiye community in Bay/Bakool too. It takes two to tango brudda :umad:

Thing is, i laugh at this pretentious attitude you guys have towards Lower Shabelle. You only want to push for the Raxanweyn to claim the 3 regions because you believe it will weaken Hawiye hegemony in Somalia in addition to that you will try to pursue a further change to the Banadir region and make it a 4.5 federal town which is disgraceful to suggest seeing as some clans do not pass north of Afmadow but want a piece of Xamar too.

This is why i am against Federalism in south Somalia. It is imcompatible and unwise. The same Cawlyahan in Bakool have been trying to sabotage the Raxanweyn federal BS too and instead have sent letters to the government requesting their lands to be incorporated into Jubbaland. Ofcourse they have a right to defend their land from Raxanweyn expansion, by the same token, all other clans should have their territories protected and that means this Jubba admin better make sure it does not interfere with the native population of Jubbada dhexe.

Come on bruh are we gonna act like S.Hoose is Hawiye territory? I don't understand why you guys are against federalism, it's the only solution since Somalis don't want another tribe to rule over them.

You guys have enough lands in Central Somalia  no need to encroach on native territory :MJ:

You rule by the gun, not sitting beside each other in Baydhabo warehouses politicking. They are no match for the SNA soldiers even if they decide to pick up arms so don't waste your breath even considering such a ridiculous idea

Madoobe is in Kismayo today because he brought out the AK and fought his way through. If fairness and representation was Somalia's reality, those on the throne would be Jareerweyn
