lol Stop assuming PO, we know what malawax is and that's the word for it, don't need a waqooyi word for it.
Also 'chabaati' is the paki word for it. We say kimiis and sabayad. mmm mmm Good.
Muqmad is also really good, but that is a heart attack waiting to happen loll, astakfrullah.

If they only what you are talking about...If they only know what they are missing. It is one of the best dishes for Ramadaan...This is made with barely, goat meat, vegetables, spices, lemon and vinegar...I just ate last night..I don't like all those fried food made of flour. !
