Wouldn't be possible? What have you done for the jubba project besides occasional "we support jubaland" speeches given by futoole? Continoue to to fool the likes of marsin but I'll never be fooled into believing our two tribes can be friends. I have nothing against MJ individuals, just their politicans.

Who did all the lobbying? all the fund-raising ? I remember Faroole going to Kenya, Ethiopia and even inviting Madobe to Garowe. Even Madobe himself admitted such in one of his speeches and I will gladly bring it upon request. Faroole is one of the very first leaders to legitimatize Jubbaland when everybody else laughed @ idea of Ogaden dominated Jubbaland . If President Madobe himself admitted so, why I am even arguing with you? continue your hate boss

There is nothing wrong with being cautious.....with Somali's track record it would be unwise to be anything else.

The good thing in Kismayo is
you will always get your property back. We once had JVA thugs occupying our homes and lands until liberation force came and stall law and order. 8-)

Black rain is right.
Puntlands political and business elite worked overtime to ensure Jubbaland succeeded. Puntland even funded Madoobe and flew in injured Raaskaambooni militias when every other group was praying for their defeat. Presently, Puntland is the ONLY Somali friend Jubba has, like it or not. It's no coincidence the flags are nearly identical and that Puntland's minister of international cooperation is Absame from Jubbaland.

Soon South-West State will be nurtured to strength by a joint punt-jubba alliance and Somalia will rise again. Trust and forgive each other Somalis, you need each other.

7k I don't think that's possible in Kismaayo not calling it a lie but I hear land is becoming expensive...that's a massive bargain.

Many Channels were used to push for Jubba but the joint effort of Jubba and Punt gave rise to the massive momentum that over-came the anti-jubba forces. The biggest effort was from NFD politicians and IGAD( NFD figures had a big role here too), also figures like Gaandi that sold the Jubba programme to important regional and international supporters were instrumental in moving the process forward.

You guys need to stop the back and forth over a trivial issue. Punt and Jubba are allies for obvious reasons, its politics and instead of beefing over old grudges these two regions are at-least working for their common interests.

Madoobe was faroole little right hand and one of the reasons we need a real Jubbalander as president and not a Puntlander undercover.

So if you had it your way Jubbaland would sever ties with Puntland? What would be gained from disharmony within Somalia aside from stagnation and international ridicule? The hunger from fasting is affecting your critical thinking skills. Expand your mind, don't limit yourself to silly qabyaalad that has zero payoff.

Meta is right , the Majeerteen are indeed snakes and are just pursuing their interest i just realized Majeerteens have no friends , their fall out with the Marehaan , the Abgaal no more wanting to deal with them the last remaining card is Ogaden. Meta is right Faroole called Ogaden people who mastered the Somali language and not ethnic Somalis and faroole handed over Ogaden to Xabashida where was the brotherhood or kablalaxism back than , Meta is right not to trust the Majeerteen for they cant be trusted.

Not sever ties but making sure Jubbaland has it own policy and political ambitions and that will happen sooner or later anyways.
