^^LOL! I personally wear minimal makeup to work. eyeliner,mascara and lipstick. I'm quite happy to flaunt my own skin, no foundation accept to weddings or special occasions.

He might have meant accentuate what you already have.
If a person has piercing eyes, some eyeliner to focus attention there is fine. When it gets to the stage where you've changed ethnicity...
