'dh' is a proper somali sound. We are saying the word correctly. Whereas when you guys say 'qadra' you are butchering the arabic. For instance the word budhcad pirate whereas burcad is a type of butter.

I hate how they can't pronounce the letter R. They say Gabdh instead of Gabar. f-king qaldaans! They must have a sore enlarged tongue from the excess khat consumption. I also hate how they bastardise English words, they say 'Komiinshka' instead of using the proper Somali word 'Gudiga'.


Back to the topic,

One word that annoys me a lot is 'calaami' that word is just over used I think. Just annoys me, such hotel calaami ah! or airport caalami ah! Can't they just say Hotel casri ah?
