Where is the evidence? Show me the evidence that this was a hate crime. It doesn't matter what you perceive it to be. We need the evidence. Did he scream he hated them for their faith before shooting them? You need to provide this for me to take your seriously.

The evidence I see is someone (a suspect) who is accused of killing 3 people over a parking dispute. He will be tried. If he is found guilty, he will be thrown in prison or given the death penalty.

Until he is charged with a hate crime, you're wrong. I don't understand when people say the media is use against them. CNN and MSNBC and others are on your side. Don't worry.

AUN these three young people which their lives were cut short by a hateful beast. If it was a parking issue, he wouldn't have touched the two girls and would have dealt the dude and if he was a 'radical atheist', he would have gunned down the Christian fundamentalists who burn and violently threaten abortion medical clinics, abortion doctors and their staff. Any person would ask for evidence. But these people cannot produce it. They think back all the times they were blamed for certain things and they are fed up. Then they come here with this story of a parking dispute with no evidence. Look at how 1nemansquad made his own thread with caps lock talking about this subject like a madman.

You see. These people are geninuely not interested in getting justice for these 3 people. They are more interested in trying to paint this as a hate crime to get a score and because they are tired and embarressed. They don't give a damn about these 3 people.

I firmly stand by due process and the rule of law. So yes, for him to be punished for a hate crime we have to wait for the courts to decide. I agree with you there. My issue is your ostensibly naive and enthusiastic support for treating this as a regular homicide, when everything points to the opposite. Anyone looking at this case objectively, without deep-seated bias, would come away at the very least being skeptical about the parking lot rationale.

It wasn't a "regular" homicide. 3 people were killed over a parking dispute. Nothing "regular" about that. I never said it was "regular". It was a heinous crime.

FAH, 150% of the blame goes towards the murderer. The 3 killed are victims. I demand that he get the death penalty. I want him tortured. I want him raped everyday in prison. Why would I blame the victims? That's sick. They were killed over a parking dispute. That's very sad. I feel the most pain for them out of all of you who want to turn this into a Islam-Atheist-Christianity war. This was cold blooded murder and he will face the consequences.
