First off, interest rates are negligible. Secondly, Somalia will be getting debt relief. I think Somalia owns $2 or 3 billion. It will be wiped away. Thirdly, Somalis need the fiscal and governance and economic advice. They can get loans from the Chinese or Arabs but they dont offer the real assistance. Somalis are a lost people who need to know where to start. The Chinese and Arabs are hungry wolves.

I was giving a realistic solution. We have somali complaining day and night about how shitty our cities are. The imf is the only real way to build these cities, and utilize the capital to start industrializing the country(ies).

Don't get me wrong, I'm against interest, but it's a hypothetical solution. Either that or live with what we have.
