No I don't think so. Most languages have homonyms. Which basically means having the same words but with different meanings.
Ninyahow sometimes ur dense. Many languages have homonyms, that's why I said there's nothing wrong with the southern use of r to the exclusion of dh. I also said the way to differentiate between homonyms is context, and that reer waqooyis don't need to rely solely on context because we have the dh/r distinction.

Not all southerners use dooli. Many say jiir. Also jiidh has a more precise meaning than hilib, and I believe it means meat without any baruur.

Horta don't call me dense. MashaAllah ilaahi ha iidayo my intelligence, amiin.

Secondly, I don't know the reason why reer Waqooyi replace the letter R with DH. Maybe ur explanation might be right, but I doubt it. What about words that don't have the letter R? How they going to differentiate in a different meaning?

Jiidh (meat) vs Jiir (mouse). Southerners have to rely on context alone to know which meaning of the word is intended, though theres nothing practically wrong with this.
Jiidh/Hilib

Jiir/Dooli
Jiidh doesn't mean Hilib, it means the good part chewy parts of meat.

Most of the translations you guys are doing is just misinterpretation, most of th Waqooyi words are from Arabic while the southern words are pure Somali but bastardised by the southern accent.

You are right. Hilib just means meat, however jiir is a specific word to describe a certain meat (boneless meat with no baruur). So you ask for hilib jiir ah.

You said that they replaced the letter R to DH to differentiate words with same writing but with different meanings. However what about homonyms words that don't have the letter R. How they going to differentiate it? Hence I doubt that is the real reason they replaced the letter R to DH. I think they replaced it out of accent.

No saxiib, I didn't say they replaced r with dh, I said that one of the uses of using dh is the distinction it makes between homonyms, whether this was intended or unintended.

I get you. However this is unlikely, because not all homonyms words have the letter R. They don't have the capability to give distinction to all homonyms. I think their use of DH is purely based on accent.
