You can zoom in upto 0.5 km2 for most images and the resolution is great.
For a small fee you can also download the files or print them.

I've turned into a salesman for the website

Sahal Beledweyne baaxad ahan wey ka weyntahay Kismaayo, laakin Kismaayo waa magalo ganacsi (xeebeed) aad ciriri ah oo u badan guryo laba dabaq ah (density)

Beledweyne waa magaalo beereed fidsan, xata beero aya ku dhex yaal magaalada. Waa khalad in la isbarbardhigo labo wax oo farqi weyn u dhexeeyo.

so garowe at 8 something is 3 quarters of bosaso?

i simply refuse to believe that.. my friend, i trully appreciate the fact that you have admitted that you might be biased and some of your figures may be under or above the actual size but you are ridiculously biased when it come to bosaso.. if we take your measurements you would have us believe that burco is twice the size of bosaso....

bosaso aint nowhere near hargeisa's size but there is not a single somali that would refute that bosaso is larger, wealthier and more populated than burco any given day..burco is just an isaaq version of gaalkacyo..thanks for the interesting partial figures, you keep them and ill keep my $48.

Burco is larger then bosaso and garowe put together . Yes the brother could made mistake which would be one or two m^2 m^2. But there is no doubt burco is much larger then any darod city. And it was grossly exaggerated by mj

I enclosed urban areas within a polygon, this area was measured by Computer software.

I may be accused of bias when it comes to what was contained within the polygon but NOT the actual measurements.
The screen shots clearly show that I tried to contain most urban areas within the defined polygon.

I have clearly tried to be objective and I've clearly shown my sources so that others may see for themselves.
Daarood faan as a counter argument/refutation is just NOT gonna cut it ...ma fahamtay.

Burco is much larger than Boosaso ...either deal with it or prove me wrong.

As for wealth, Burco is the gathering place for the vast majority of livestock destined for Berbera,
from where 3.6 million heads of livestock are exported yearly. This accounts for the majority of exports
from the Somali region.

Burco has the largest livestock market in the horn and the wealthiest livestock traders.
These figures can easily be proven with sources.

And you have the nerve to equate Burco with Gaalkacyo ....bilaa calayk
faanka yaree

Wait for some of those kids to use google maps
in order to prove they are bigger.

It has nothing to do with population density.
For instance, we all now that Berbera is way smaller than Burco.
But in Google maps it looks bigger because of the ports and it's infrastructure.
Does that mean Berbera is larger than Burco or has a larger population? Don't think so.

Mogadishu is the top 5 largest capital cities in Africa, larger then darasalaam, adisababa so don't include your little Somalia towns.
