It is also banned in North America.

The petition was opened by Abuukar Cawaale, the man that led to ban on the khat in the UK!
It been going on from December 15th.
And that donation thing was an option like Hyper said (Though I yet to see it).

Anyway, stop this "scam" thing that you are deterring people from signing the petition. You are overdoing it! No body is charging anything.
