The obsession with PL continues! I, for one, support this settlement of Ciise Mohamud in Bixin. I do it because the land needs to be used for the betterment of our people. If fellow Dhulos want to settle it, then they should have done it long time ago. If it were up to me, I would invite both clans (Hassan Ugaas (DH) and Nur Ahmed and Isse Mohamud (MJ)) to settle it. The people need to settle the land and make better use of it. I said this because when I traveled in 2011, the land is empty in all of Somali territories. In every few Kms, you'll see few nomads, of course outside of big cities. Sp, if some Somali businessmen and developers saw the potential of the land and make better use of it, so be it.

This idea of clans want to claim undeveloped land needs to stop. Any Somali who wants to develop the land should settle anywhere.

Let us not forget PL's current border in Sool is Tukaraq - which is 140 KMs from Garowe and 70 KMs from Lasanod. So, in reality, PL is in deep Sool.
