Ceerigaabo(capital of the Sanaag region) , were's Maydh is only 60 km to the north of Ceerigaabo and very close to tourist

Las Qorey is important to Sanaag so it would have no negative impact but rather compliment Maydh.

The idea is to increase population, business, tourism and cooperation in that region.

So it's in the best of interest that the community works together and even right now I can see the need for the PL road to Ceerigabo.

There won't be tourism without lasting peace so it's important the community co-invest and avoid resentments.

Sanaag has great potentials.

New Timiiro can be the Isaxaaq neighborhood. You guys can have central Maydh, Musa Carre West Maydh neighborhood,
Muuse Ismaaciil south Maydh aka new Ceerigaabo and the Yoonis Ismaaciil (SY ) can have east Maydh aka Gabay
Xoog neighborhood .Each of the major 18 H-Y sub clans should build at least 50 - 100 seaside villas there, it
will be a major city in no time then.

It is generally less humid and more windy than other coastal settlements on the Somali side of Gulf of Aden. It is
livable, I will check it out when I go there this year inshallah.
