If the International Court of Justice follows the letter of the law under the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, Somalia wins.

Verdict: Somalia wins majority of the maritime territory if not all. It would also be unfortunate if any qabil says "unaka leh" exclusive of others.

when will the verdict be i read it was in a few days . who ever wins the loser will be a big loser legality means allot even if somalia loses it should not stop.claiming it and if kenya loses it should not stop.claiming it

Just ask your peers. Just because I don't care about Jubbaland doesn't mean I'm dumb son. Kenya has reasons to expand its NFD into JL.
10 years ago, I proposed the idea to the gov of Wthiopia via its embassy in Stockholm.
It's just part of the greater policy. If it was Ethio, I do be pro but with Kenya, I am neutral.
