as for hiiraan we r ok with ali osoble. this state is now stable politically biggest challenge is security. i can speak for hiiraan. at the moment there r highway project, modern ugas khalif airport, regional NISA forces(400 for baledweyne)

some politician has told me that ali osoble is like trump as he started delivering his promises or keeps the momentum going some thing that hassan garguurte has ignored to do it
