All ministries are irrelevant when it comes to Aid, all the.contracts from North to South are held by Private companies with the exception being the Turks. The only time a Ministry is needed when a company needs to clear FOB Tax free at the point of entry and even than companies have a clear stamped.letter where the.ministry can't say No LOL

The choice now is to either side with them and become nationalists, or side with Ethiopia/Secessionist to destroy the little progress we have made, siding with the latter will mean the destruction of not just Somalia but the worst affected will be us not the others, the biggest winners will be P/land and secessionists if this happens, Bosaaso will go back to making millions servicing much of the country and the rest of Somalis will blame us for it.

Jebertis cleaned up really good. They got the aid faucet (Gamal & Maryan Qassim her kids are Jeberti), Interior (directing aid) and Constitutional Affairs ( refereeing the govt). Galmudug will now have its fate in the hands of two PL Jebertis.
Yusuf Garaads appointment to a resource poor ministry is a slap in HGs face. Nominating such a weak character with little HG support is an insult
