The fat Mullah brough nothing but extremism, ignorance, violence and he died begging Ras Tafari for political asylum and food while residing in the end of his miserable days as a refugee protected by the Somali Bantu sultan whom the Mullah gave him the flower of his daughter for protection.

So much for your Daarood fiction.
You must suffer from acute cadaan inferiority complex. The Brits and their cadaan brethren (French, Spanish, Dutch, Belgian, etc) brought nothing but genocide, misery, tribalism, poverty, slavery, corruption, stealing natural resources, etc to Africa & other places.

Majority* (+90%) of Somalis live in rural areas and have been gradually abandoning nomadic lifestyle since the 1960s. The few nomads left are gonna become a thing of the past in a few decades if not sooner.

You are talking out of your Daarood kacaan anus. I bet you can't back none of the absurd assertion you just vomited.

In fact the Italian and the British banned slavery in the Somali region and most of the initial tribal treaties from the 1850s are of one concern the ban of the slave trade in all Somali coasts. That was followed by the Italians banning slavery in southern agricultural regions and the biyomal revolt was nothing more then slavers wanting to maintain slavery using the Arab religion of Islam as their bases for the right to enslave.

The Italians built Mogadishu and provided schools and health centers and both the British and Italians fed and adopted the orphan children that most Somali clans casted out and never cared for.

They brought law and order and pretty much stopped all tribal lootings.

What did dervishes brought? All the opposite of that , they reinstated slavery in 1911 the dervishes auctioned off women and children of a Daarood tribe and sold them as slaves. They pilleged and massacred indiscriminately women , children and unarmed men for 21 years.

Now little kacaan boy that is your #101 history, if you come back for more I will feed you more. Don't embarrass yourself yaa ilmo Afweyne.

One thing can be verified the exact date he became a registered Caaqil. All registered Caaqils can be found in UK National archives.

He can't be 70 because he was in his late 20s during war world 2, he was in his 12th year as Caqqil when the British queen was enthroned. It was big deal in the colonial government and all registered Caaqils were fully aware of such things beacuse they were practically civil servants.
So, instead of resisting isticmaarka like Sayidka (AUN), the Chief Caaqil was a collaborator and servant of the Empire?

Who told you Sayid Siigaste was resisting anybody? He was mete terrorist who raided and looted the innocent Somali nomads who didn't have anything to do with the English or Italian for that matter.
