Contrary to how it may come across I’m not against Madoobe because of his qabiil. I just think the era of ‘Islamists’ ‘Ikhwaans’ with no education, political credentials being a regional administrator for the most lucrative parts of Somalia (Jubbaland) should be over. 2ndly I’d prefer it not be someone the Kenyan press is campaigning for, or the Xabashi press either. He’s simply not the right person for the job period Its nothing personal. I’d say the same for another ICU ‘Ikhwaan’ with no civil administration skills who was Marexaan but there are no Marexaan candidates. At some point things have to evolve. That said his exit should be something laisku raacay and not doing it by force and even worse through another country (Ethiopia). Madoobe will be elected, the Gov won’t accept it and ultimately foreign countries, organizations will decide for us what happens.
