A few to several months ago, Muuse Biixi's fanboys here were toying with the idea of Kenya recognizing WG. They also bragged about direct Kenya Airways flights to Hargeisa, and nothing come out of it. I would advise maamulka WG not to spend any more cent on the ictiraaf dream, instead spend it on the poor, internally displaced, those affected from the droughts, etc.

A liaison office isn't 'an embassy'; you're mistaken. If SL & Kenya 'are the best of allies' as you claim, why didn't Uhuru (who has been president since 2013) recognize your region? You make the wrong assumption that even if Kenya recognizes your region, rest of the world would follow suit. Kenya is unlikely to recognize your region before the UK, US, Russia, China or other major powers. And even those major powers have a pre-condition; beg 'walanweyns.'
