X, what aspect of transportation?? Cuz I think it'd be a great idea to import car/car parts. With the possibility of opening a modern garage. Maybe even a marina in a place like Berberra or Boosasso that'll cater to what I see as a future in tourism.

Screw, what about an aviation technician ??

sxb not that although interesting..thinks like inter-gobal e.g modern coaches..because somalis there is no rail system...if the roads are good...introducing coaches..from region-to-region...remmber... and trailers.. it just an idea...

transportion and good road links are key to economic growth

That's a fantastic idea. A fleet of buses to carry people around the country. You could make a killing, while doing a great service.

Mike:
i can do that too but it'll take me probably some time to complete the Airframe Certificate...maybe a year. it's very solid work though, the pay isn't bad either.

Screw, a year aint bad. You're still a young guy, so you got lottsa time.

'Heart, You just gotta grease the right palms. And i'd have a seperate fleet of boats strictly for the purpose of them being "loaners," in order to promote goodwill. Fantasy ?? maybe. But I envision some type of law and order sometime within the next 10 years. Those pics of Hargeysa someone posted last week looked very promising. But Mooryans in every corner ?? Of Somaliland even ?? Laughing Laughing

If I moved back to somalia I would do business most likely in the Construction Industry. I would also like to set up a Financial Institute. Insha'allah

Abdiwahab.

Hobyo has prestine beaches and would be perfect for a small city. May be in the future, if I get enough capital, I may build a home there just so I can say I have a home in Hobyo Wink
