in some countries u canot divorce your spouse that simple. She must agree to it unless u catch her fking the next door guy. Legally, u must abide by the laws of your host country.

A husband can't rape unless his wife is readily up to the task, although without her consent, He's clearly forcing her, which can be justified as a rape. Besides that, she should file for divorce ASAP, for her sake.

I remember a similar case in Adelaide, Australia where the judge's ruling created a furore among the feminists. His decision was yes, a husband can rape/molest his wife based on his view that when a woman says no, she never means it. He was an old man and was accused an old fashioned from the old school.

Are these guys who are answered the question in the affirmitive married? Or, they are guys who watch Sex in the city and think married life is a big daily sexual orgasmic ritual?
