I know, I have to a similar area. Its sad to see Somalis repping their cities when the great majority of cities look like crap this includes all cities in Somalia.

Hargeisa does not look bad. Besides I heard it has a really nice weather because of its high altitude. Some nice pictures of Hargeisa(whom I am sure you have seen already).
