Salam if i see a muslim brother with a beard for example, doing drugs, it will be very wrong of me to come in here and say all muslims men with beard are drug addicts, if you have seen a muslim sister with the hijab behaving in a unislamic way then if you going to insult anyone, insult her why bring the hijab into it?

Also its part of the intentions but remember the hijab is obligatory, is a command from Allah swt you can be the best person in the world by not wearing you wont even smell Jannah.
