It's true sxb. Cabdullaahi Ciise's government was called Governo Sacad instead Governo Somalo.
Of the old Governo Somali picture,
I only recognize the Xawaadle Sheikh Cali Jimcaale,
the Mareexaan Aadan Shire Jaamac,
the Habar Gidir Cabdullaahi Ciise,
two Majeerteens Maxamed Cali Nuur and Cabdi Nuur Maxamed
and the Reer Xamar Sheegow.
I think most are Abgaal.
C Ciise gave too much seats to his own Hawiye.
The link above me is fckung up this thread.

If it wasn't for the heavy corruption that came to be, Mareexaans would have been more visible then anyone then. And would be now also if the post-1969 wasn't already enough for our glory.
Hell we even had the commander of Armed Forces as well, and were on the front of everything Somali by writing the language also. Aydiid says in his Indian-written book that Siad Barre would not have succeeded without the support of Mareexaan military and intellectuals who were fed up with Majeerteen and Isaaq corruption.
Lieutenant Colonel Ali Matan Hasii and two other officers of Siad Barre's own Marehan tribe.
Besides this, he chose three intellectuals of his tribe, who were secretly working for him in evolving the political system and the future policy. They were spreading his communist ideas. The chief among them was a well-known communist named Mohammed Aden who had received his education in Italy and obtained a Doctorate of Pediatrics (Medicine). He had since his student days been linked with the Italian Communist Party.
Mohammed Sheikh Adden accordin to Galol is the "best mind the camel shagging Somali race had ever produced".
from wikipedia
Dr. Mohammed Sheikh Adden, premier Somali intellectual and former head of Somali Technological Development, Minister of Information, Minister of Education, Head of the Ideology Bureau SRRC

Gen. Ali Matan Hashi, First Somali pilot, Commander of Somali Airforce 1959-1978, Minister of Justice, Minister of Health
