Not in a very nice position. So stick around. You don't actually have to do anything. Sit there looking menacing.

no but i just dont agree with extremist and courts supporters like aiman using religion as a excuse for not talking to a non muslim. if the topic maker supports the tfg and asked mad for a q than why reply that whas my point and besides whats the point of calling him a kufaar. he as a non muslim made some points about islam than many of the muslim forumers.

What you fail to understand is that Mad Mac is an arrogant individual that makes a habit of insulting our religion day & night. We shouldn't dignify him by asking for his opinions, our pets are probably wiser than people like him.
Aiman is not an extrimist, he just likes to adhere to his religious convictions more than us. And he has the right to support the UIC, if you support scumbags like walord A/Yusuf, then he can support men like Sh. Shariif who was never a warlord.

we shouldnt? horta speak for your self.he already said why he could never become a muslim ore believe in the religion of islam atleast he tried to study our religion but he saw nothing else than hatred towards the other believers. i mean just look to the followers of the islam only islam is the best religion the others are fake just look to aiman calling him a kufaar atleast he proved why and maybe he cant be accepted by the muslim community esp he as a american could that be the reason why he insults islam. but if i look to the followers of the islam than i mean really the extremists cuss their are few who think like us but most of them insult the non muslims and call them kafiirs they will go to hell only cuss of what happend to their socalled bretherns in iraq afghanistan palestinian what makes you angry of siyasaad like i said most of us dont know our religion and most of us are showing non muslims not only non muslims but also muslims that islam is really a religion that pratictes hatred towards the followers of the islam.
their is nothing wrong with supporting the defeated courts but if you even cant discuss a simply q's than their is no excuse for you to call him a kufaar and bring religion here he just showing how un islamic the courts where that whas my point. and like i said if the topic maker supports the tfg than why dont you accept that i mean he didnt insulted the defeated courts i know that its hard to believe that the socalled heroes are beeing defeated but they are not gods soldiers. this reminds of me of the followers of muhammed when they heard he died they didnt it believe and run like crazy this is the same thing.the courts are not holy and they are not prophets but false prophets and were defeated by allah

I have not analyzed the detail of the terrain there and I would need orders of battle for both combatants, which I don't have right now. Based strictly on resource availability, I would predict a favourble outcome for Somaliland. Unless the Majertain association with Ethiopia became a factor. This assumes Ethiopian neutrality - which is entirely possible given the positive relationship between Ethiopia and Somaliland.

Your instincts are correct Somaliland will have the advantage, but it will only be in the intial stages.
We are in no position right to wage war, becuase of the decade of corruption in somaliland and the negelect of our army.
If we were stupid enough to attack now with this current government in power, we can expect
Lascanood to fall quickly, sending an exodus of refugees into the nugaal valey and across the ethiopian border. Erigavo will be secured and movement towards eastern sanaag will begin but, due to the terrain, i expect the line to hold from lasqoray onwards.
Now becuase of the miserable state of the somaliland army, i expect us to suffer an embarrasing defeat when Dhulbahante and Wasangeli refugees counter attack after getting re-organized and rearmed, and i wouldnt be surprised by any raids into western sool and sanaag with the front going back to erigavo and even Caynabo threatened.

Faqash..
I know this australian convert, who converted to islam simply by studying Islam on his own.
He once said to me that Alxamdulilah i didnt meet any muslims before i became a muslim.
Todays muslims are the worst example of muslims, and most will turn peopel away from islam.

Re: Mad Mac: your analysis needed
Lets throw another spin in to the mix yea. Seing as all of this is suppositional. Lets say Dhulbaahante and Warsangali who geographically are Somalilander's decide to settle what ever dispute they have with Isaaq and become part of Somaliland even though we all know this is more than adequately not likely to be, Where would Somalia's politics be?
Where would Somalia be then?
Where does Puntland go?
And the TFG?
Would there even be something called Darood?
Even though this interesting scenario is highly unlikely, without the Dhulbahante and Warsangeli, the Majeerteen will fail miserably in whatever they pursue. Wether it is the development of the autonomous state of Puntland or the future Somali central government. The other Harti bros. are the only other significant subclans the Majeerteen feel comfortable sharing power with. Without the Harti alliance, the Majeerteen will be forced to depend on friends out of convenience. The Harti kinship of the Majeerteen is probably the most valuable asset in contrast to the Mareexaan for instance, who have no closely related subclans of significance and are therefore more prone to form pacts with a Hawiye subclan.
So if the Dhulbahante and Warsangeli would abandon Puntland and Somalia altogether and choose Somaliland.
1- Puntland would still exist, but minus the regions that parted to Somaliland. Thus severely weakening its position in a new federal Somalia.
2- The Hawiye would benefit greatly from the absence from not only two large Daarood subclans, but two favorable to the Majeerteen to boot.
3- For the TFG generally, not much would be felt if the D n W were to become Somalilanders. Just take a look at Buubaa, the Habar Yoonis minister of foreign affairs. He's very close to Yeey.
4- Of course, but a very weak Daarood because of the disastrous fragmentation.

Like many others in this forum, you contradict yourself! One moment you accuse the UIC of being fakers who abused Islam & at other times you accuse them of Wahabism. Which is it?
What makes you an expert on this subject? Have you visited Somalia during their rule? Do you have any idea about the biography or religious convictions of these men? Do you know anything about the character of Sh. Shariif?
I am not a judge of people's intentions or what is in their hearts (cilm-al-ghaib), only our creator can be a judge of that. But I can speak of their actions and I am a witness to their good deeds.
Unlike you, I visited Mogadishu in the summer of 2006, which was ofcourse during the rule of the UIC. For years, we watched as our properties being occupied by HG families & we couldn't do anything about it. Finally, in 2006, we heard through friends who got back their properties, that the UIC was going to give back people's properties.
So, my brother & I went to Mogadishu to try to get back my father's properties. We met with a UIC judge, who handed our properties back to us. We were lucky enough to find sellers & both houses were sold.
Can Abdullahi Yusuf do that much for thousands of Daarood & other families who to this day can not get back their looted homes? No.
Does he care if Daarood families' looted properties are ever returned? Has he appointed any governmental commision or minister to return looted properties? No & No.
