I know a consultant that was involved in getting a partner to go ahead and build the cement plant.
he spent months travelling between dubai and hargeisa meeting everyone spending tens of thousends of his own money and in the end he got jack shit ..

Gurey I just watched this clip of Rayale where he states that the cement plant construction project will commence on June 26th (today) by some german company. Is there any truth to this?? On the whole Rayale seems excellent by African standards, in the sense that the nation is peaceful. We could do better and that will be the case with every leader we get, they can all be better.
