Alluring: To a white person, all blacks look alike, whether they just came from Africa or are African Americans. My point is, whatever problems or issues they have; we are affected by those things as well. Whatever stereotypes are out there about blacks, Somalis are also included. American culture is a very racist culture.

You guys are missing the point, by American standards, Somali's are black and if the system is unjust to them, how do you think they'll treat you? Not to mention, Somali's are muslim making them 'terrorist niggers' to americans.

The problem with that perception is you have been taught to believe that nonsense. Blacks and whites in this country are in the same state. Both are illogical and filled with detestation.

Why should I respect EITHER of them? I have no soft spot for anyone, including people who just went off to a boat when they saw the white skin. (Probably thinking it was a party).

Blacks are known to have inferiority complex and self hatred. The blackest, biggest nose one will be the first to proclaim how he or she is mixed with Indian (they mean Native American, they still do not know the difference), white, or some other fake ancestry.

Furthermore, America does not speak for me. I know who I am, I know where I came from and I know where I am going.

Somalis are known to be fierce, intelligence, strong and fearless individuals. I will continue to live my life as SUCH.
