I think Seelaanyo would be wise to pick a vice president who is not Isaaq, I know we need a strong leadership and only a majority Isaaq cabinet would provide that, however, at this critical time in Somaliland's history we still need the full support of beelaya darafyada and we only have the Samaroon on board since the Xaartiis are not relaible allies and can flip flop at anytime to Majeerteenia or Xamar. Two top positions given to Isaaq would send the wrong signal to our bid for recognition. Cabdiraxaam Tolwaa is a prime candidate unless Selaanyo is willing to step down which I doubt

Politically speaking, Sacad Muuse do not have the advantage HY have to offer Seelaanyo and Kulmiye. Sacad Muuse can only vote in Hargeisa and that is it. HY can vote in Hargeisa, Burco, Ooodweyne, Ceerigaabo, Saaxil and Kililka Shanaad

If I were Kulmiye I would pick HY anyday over Sacad Muuse or any other clan, simply because HY and Haber Jeclo have alot more in common than Sacad Muuse and Haber Jeclo, we share the etire Eastern Somaliland alone

That been said I still think the Vice Presidency should go to a Samaroon for now
