Its true the Dhulos share the longest border with Habaryoonis in Sanaag,,, right down from Jiidaale to Owrbogays in Southern Sanaag to all the way to Xuddun in Sool region.

But the closest (to Ceerigaabo) Dhulbhanate deegaan is Jiidaale which is around 80KM east of the city. Ceerigaabo is in the middle of Gadhweyn deegaan.
