i've never heard about it.[quote=]
Hyperactive no offense taken walaal. Most people really don't know any qabiils that aren't outside of Hawiye or Darood. I get a lot of you're Rahanweyn or Eelaay and I'm neither.
Geledi is a sub clan of Digil in Digil y Mirifle. They live up and down the Shabelle hoose. Afgooye is their city. Most Geledi people stayed in Somalia. They've haven't been involved in the civil war and thats probably why you don't know them.
Geledi is not Rahanweyn. Geledi is Digil. Rahanweyn = Mirifle

Its cool bro. Once a kid who thought he knew about qabiil asked me what I was. I said Geledi.
He was like Somali's are Hawiye or Darood which one are you. I told him neither. He was like then what are you I told him Digil y Mirifle and he said he never heard it before. Guess he really didn't know about qabiil.
Digil y Mirifle is the clans name. Rahanweyn and Mirifle are the same thing they are interchangeable.
For some reason people think that all Digil y Mirifle is Rahanweyn whe they aren't.

I speak maha-tiri my af-maay is broken.
When I was younger I didn't know the difference between maay and maha-tiri. I would use some maay words thinking every Somali knew it and people wouldn't understand me, because I didn't know it was different.
Its funny looking back now.

We only know Hawiye,Darood, Isaaq and Dir but somalia has many other clans like Digil and Mirifle, carab saalax, carab yemeni, Bajuun,Bagadi, reer xamar+other banadiri people, jareer weyn, sadax geedi, yaxar, midgaan etc...so somalia clans can be over 20-50 ethnic people who are either speaks may or maxaa tiri or own dilect like bajuunis and brawe .......
