SOMETIMES I REALLY FIND IT CHALLENGING TO SEE A OBESE PERSON IN SCANDINAVIA. IN UK WE ARE CLOSELY BEHIND THE US IN THE RACE FOR OBESITY. IT IS SICK TO SEE PROGRAMMES FROM USA WHERE HALF A TON WEIGHING PEOPLE ARE LIFTED FROM THEIR HOMES BY FIRE SERVICES. WHAT THE HELL WERE THEY DOING WHEN THEY WERE STUFFING THEMSELVES WITH FOOD.

Funny. I read this post earlier today when I was at work and when I went out to lunch I made it a point to point out all the fat people. Basically everybody was fat.

Skinnies are better off being skinnies. Somali guys when they gain wait don't have good fat distribution and all the fat goes to the calool. You'll see a Somali guy with skinny shoulders, minjo baasto walking in front of you and when he turns around you're shocked to see a huge kuus pot belly in front of you.

Our girls suffer from a weight problem and the ones that arn't fat are rail thin. It seems the ones who cook take too much tastes of the codkac or suugo and don't excercise and the ones that try to be Western could be seen at the Ihops, Dairy Queens etc. wearing a ton of makeup, eating all these deserts and everything there not supposed to wearing those huge belts that cover their calool.


All of us skinnies need to hit the gym.
