Dude SPM was never crippled in fact it ledt to the fall of the Ilkoyar Govt.
What the Ilkoyar govt did was a deliberate strategy of resettling ilkoyar in J/Hoose.
The ilkoyar community without shame started to act and claim as if Dhobley, Afmadow to Kismayo was their porperty.

A jabhad he was. No one knows where he got the title "Col". Sadeboi take note. The man was nothing but a Jabhad. However, I maintain that it WAS Cabaas and his band of mooryaan who first started targeting Cagdheer. Cagdheer DID lash at the Talxe gelley who bordered them but it was because of Cabaas's brutal provocation.

With that said, Warsame you are correct to seperate SPM from this. SPM formed after Gabyoow as Defense Minister tried to play a political game against reer Siyaad Barre (Maslax and mama khadiijo) during Siyaad's incapicitation following the car accident. If it was not because of Cabaas, SPM would never have found voice among the formerly grateful Cagdheer.
